For this look i used NYC long wearing Black Lace Cream, this black
creamy formula is semi sheer, one coat is sheer two coast becomes more
opaque. I also used one coat of NYC long wearing in Starry silver
glitter. This glitter has small blue and lavender hexagons with micro
mini silver glitter that changes in rainbow hues. In my opinion perfect
glitter to top off a galaxy nail art design.
